Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Service Technician/Engineer will be responsible for providing technical customer support
for all company equipment and accessories including the installation of new machines, warranty repairs, and customer training.

Duties and Tasks:

  • Installation of new, updated and/or retrofitted filling equipment
  • Integration of all electrical and mechanical components and assemblies
  • Support application and systems software to meet customer expectations
  • Support Customer onsite production runs
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of equipment
  • Perform service based on agreed-upon customer requirements
  • Timely, complete and accurate Service Report filing following customer visits

Skills and Qualifications – Must Have:

  • 5 years’ experience in a related field and industry
  • Advanced electrical, mechanical and pneumatic technical skills
  • PLC (Programmable Logic Control) controls. i.e.: Siemens S7 Series; Allen Bradley
  • Machine tool product knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics and machine specifications
  • Availability for travel (70%) domestic and international to customer sites
